Dear Sir,
Please refer to my previous meeting with you, I have the honour to submit my services for editing of your publication on following grounds:
a) I am an experienced journalist and had been associated with various newspapers and periodicals for last 18 years on full /Part times & Assignment basis. These publications include daily Eitmad Quetta, daily Sang-e-Meel Islamabad, Daily Ausaf Islamabad, daily Jinnah Islamabd, Monthly Humwatan Karachi, daily Agwan Larkana, Monthly Awami Taqat Karachi, Fortnightly The Law Karachi, Monthly Protocol Karachi, Monthly Metro Live Karachi, Monthly Security Observer Karachi, etc.
b) I have recently edited a 56-tabloid page English weekly News Asia published from Los Angeles, USA for one year.
c) I will be responsible for Planing, Management and Supervision of all the affairs of publications including:
· Data/News/Article/Photo Collection from various sources/Internet. (In case of your requirement of News Agency/ Wire Service, it will be provided by you)
· Subbing/Editing of Articles/Matter and Editorial Writing.
· Composing and EDP.
· Translation of reports from Sindhi and Urdu to English. (Not more then 5% of total data)
· Proof Reading.
· Graphics Designing. Title Designing. (Advertisement Designing will be charged US $ 50/- per ad).
· Page Making and Layout Designing.
· All other technical affairs up to production of copy on computer.
d) I wish to produce your 48-A4 size pages magazine / periodical on contract basis. I offer all the above-mentioned services for US $ 500/- per issue. 50% will be paid in advance and 50% on the delivery of publication. The minimum time period of completion of publication will be 15 to 20 days.
It is therefore requested to kindly give me the said assignment.
